Job DescriptionIf you have an interest and desire to truly make a difference in our community and in the lives of those who may struggle with mental health, behavioral challenges, or substance abuse, we are interested in you.We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate licensed clinicians to provide outpatient therapy -both individual and group- for children, adolescents, adults, and families served at our facility.Job Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy to address mental health needs and to promote recovery.-Utilize various best-practice and evidenced based therapy modalities of treatment.- Facilitate comprehensive clinical assessments for adults and children with a wide variety of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse challenges.- Formulate clinical diagnoses and recommend appropriate level of care, based on member need(s) and medical necessity.-Develop and implement treatment and crisis plans that are individualized to the member s specific treatment needs.- Provide collaboration and consultation with individuals and families, other staff members, and community stakeholders in carrying out the goals and objectives of the treatment plan.-Refer individuals as clinically appropriate to community agencies and resources.-Provide crisis intervention and response during and after-hours for individuals assigned to caseload and/or as assigned through on-call role for this agency-Prepare and maintain all state, local, federal, and company documentation, treatment records, and reports in a timely manner.

Required License or Certification:
